Call for Coaches

2025 Summer International Teams

Application Deadline is Midnight on Sunday, February 24th

If you are interested in coaching one of the 2025 Summer International Teams, please read & submit the following to the USODA International Committee using the following links no later than Midnight ET on February 24, 2025.

1.      Read 2025 Summer Call to Coaches Letter_2025.02.07.pdf

2.      Read 2025 International Coach and Team Leader Travel & Expense Policy_2025.02.07.pdf

3.      Submit Coach Application Form

4.      Email Resume and IODA Training Plan (if applicatble) to usodainternationalcommittee@gmail.com

Your application is complete when you receive and email from the International Committee stating “Received, thank you”.

NOTE: You must have an active coaching membership with USODA to be considered for one of the coaching positions.

The International Committee will meet after February 24th to select the coaches for the events.

Once all selections are final the International Committee will announce on the USODA website.

Upon Selection, the USODA Executive Director will reach out to selected coaches to collect the following (if not already on file):

•           Background Check

•           Copy of US Sailing SafeSport Training

•           Copy of valid Passport

•           Copy of valid Visa, if applicable, for payroll purposes

•           W9

•           Signed Coach Code of Conduct & Waiver
